It is my pleasure to assist others on their journey. I promote the ancient and sacred art of listening to one's Self. Through the balance of 1) Courageously Diving In, and 2) Gentleness, one can traverse their path in the abundance of beauty and grace.

I facilitate large group, small group, and one-to-one private sessions. Typically, my work centers on using archetypes to rewrite the unhealthy story we have bound ourselves to. Through rewriting the story, usually through the process of active imagination, shamanic journeying, and sacred ritual, we can formulate a new myth that resonates our Truth and ideal Consciousness, thereby experiencing a Bliss-filled life.

The very Truth of our being is that we are God/dess in individuated form. Living within the human form however, makes the God-sense difficult to see and believe at times. This difficulty in transcending illusion and the false notion that we are the physicality of the material world is what in one tradition is referred to as Lila. Lila means divine game or sport.

At some level we have to balance our awareness that this is all just a game, with actually playing the game. Through the process of becoming increasingly conscious, aware, and awake, we enter a beautiful stage that has been termed transcendence or enlightenment.

Spiritual Practice allows one to gain the experience of transcendence and enlightenment. The formula is embracing one's personal Truth and then maintaining the Consciousness of that truth. The ending result is Bliss. What more could you ask for!

Some of my favorite archetypes are Kali (R), Durga (above), and Shiva (L).

Kali- the very essence of the Universe. She assists us in transcending illusion and finding the very core of our Truth. As a saviour, She rescues us from our story, our insanity, and our enslavement to the ego.

Durga- the benevolent Mother who seeks to protect and nourish Her children. Assists us in healing the Divine Feminine that resides within us all.

Shiva- God in form. Shiva is the Divine Masculine who though in form, seeks the expansive state of oneness with God/dess (Kali) through embracing Truth, living Consciously, and reveling in the Bliss of doing such.
