As the lotus sits in the heart of the body, one experiences and expresses love in a manner never thought possible. This is the essence of my healing sessions. When one is feeling out of alignment or in dis-ease spiritually, mentally, emotionally, or physically, the cause comes down to the subconscious fear that one is not loved unconditionally. And while I practice a variety of healing modalities, the essence and power of Unconditional Divine Love is the energetic undercurrent, and is the real source of healing not only personal ailments, but healing the world.

My personal spiritual practice involves such things as Qabalistic Theory and Practice, Tarot, and Shamanism. However, my most powerful practice is the art of staying present- remembering that every moment is an expression of the Divine, and should be rightly treated as such.

Realizing one's own innate strength and divine potential is a key step in each of our lives.  Jonathan and I feel it is so important to empower individuals in their own healing that we have decided to make our Reiki classes available at no charge to all.  Please see our Video Instruction page for an online version of our Reiki I class, including instruction and an attunement to Reiki.  After carefully going through these videos you will have Reiki in your own hands.  You will be able to access its frequencies at any time, working on yourself and those around you, without repeated reliance on another for these healing energies.

I have had the beautiful experience of diving deeply into spiritual practice and coming out the other side a transformed individual. One of the gifts I received in going through this was a greater awareness of who I Am. This sense of I Am-ness is not an easy path, but it is one that is powerful, liberating, and highly rewarding. As I work with others I attempt to reconnect them to the highest form of their truth through diving into the essence of their individuated form as deeply as possible. This process of diving in deep requires connection and dialogue with Spirit. I facilitate this opening to awareness through the Tarot. Firmly centered in the meeting place between the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine, I work with the client to find the objective Truth of the matter. This is truth based on what needs to happen in their life so they might express the highest and most pure form of I Am-ness within them.

Living Consciously

My life has expressed itself in such a beautiful and balanced way. Not only have I served as powerful divinatory, shaman, and mystic, but I serve as mother and spouse. I love sharing with individuals the principles behind balancing all of life's endeavors. Oftentimes when we dive into spirituality we forget about the importance of the physicality as well. The Zen cohan before enlightenment, chop wood carry water; after enlightenment, chop wood, carry water has never been truer as it is now in our day. As the lead in home life, I care for three beautiful individuations of the divine. As their mother, I have the honor of instilling within these young ones their personal divinity.
